Urea led the charge with 28.9 million tons, closely followed by NPKs at 8.9 million tons, and DAP contributing 4.1 million tons, marking a remarkable accomplishment for the nation.
From April 2023 to February 2024, India witnessed remarkable growth in sales across key fertilizers, with Urea, DAP, MOP, and NPKs boasting impressive increases of 4%, 3%, 4%, and an outstanding 12%, respectively, compared to the previous year. Notably, NPK sales surged significantly, showcasing excellent growth compared to the preceding year.

It’s not just about fertilizers; it’s a testament to India’s unwavering commitment to bolstering agriculture, meeting growing demands, and nurturing better farms for a prosperous future.
