What percentage of transportation costs in urea is subsidized by Government of India? Please, describe applicable transport costs incentives in urea.

Governments of India reimburse 100% freight cost based on uniform freight policy as per below:

1. Primary Freight 1 – Rail freight from plant to rake point of consumption center is 100% reimbursed by GoI.
2. Primary Freight 1 – Road freight from plant to consumption center upto 500 Kms. Is 100% reimbursed by GoI on approved rates as per actual / normative lead of districts and normative freight Rs. per Km per MT basis.
3. Primary Freight 2 – Road freight from rake point to various destinations of blocks / districts is reimbursed 100% based on normative lead of districts and normative freight.
