The Department of Fertilisers, under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilisers, Government of India, has announced the approval of the State-wise and Company-wise Fertiliser Supply Plan for March 2025.
This carefully designed plan aims to optimize the distribution of essential fertilizers across the country, focusing on critical inputs like Urea, Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), Muriate of Potash (MOP), and a range of NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium) blends. By ensuring equitable access to these vital resources, the initiative seeks to boost agricultural productivity and promote sustainable development in the sector.
In addition to traditional fertilizers, the Department has allocated:
- 4.5215 million liters of Nano Urea (liquid) to IFFCO
- 3.625 million liters of Nano DAP (liquid) to IFFCO
