India Sets Dec 2024 Domestic Natural Gas Prices at US$ 7.29 per MMBTU Based on Gross Calorific Value (GCV).
The newly disclosed price represents a 3.18% decrease from November 2024, showcasing India’s proactive approach to managing market dynamics for stability and predictability in the domestic natural gas sector. Notably, natural gas produced by ONGC/OIL from their nomination fields will remain capped at US$ 6.50 per MMBTU on a GCV basis during this period.
